How do I deliver the product to the creator?
After selecting a creator, you'll receive an InPost locker code. Just send the package and mark it as sent in the app. The creator will notify you when they receive the package.
When and how do I make payment for the video?
After choosing a creator, you deposit funds, but they're frozen until the final video is approved. Only then does the payment go to the creator.
Does ViralPlace handle licenses and copyrights?
Yes! Every video created on our platform includes appropriate licenses, so you can legally use them in your campaigns. We'll remind you when the license expires, and you decide if you want to extend it.
